Following the course of his career and multiple advancement opportunities, Nate was very fortunate to join The Wellington Group as their Chief Operating Officer. It is his passion and honor to mentor, teach, and resolutely lead others to their next level of success. In his role as a leader within the firm, he focuses on the critically fundamental areas of strong talent acquisition and the coaching and mentoring of financial advisors, while prioritizing clients’ wealth management through a distinctive and dynamic approach.
When he’s not working, his time is spent with his beautiful wife and three children. He and his wife are actively involved in their children’s school activities along with supporting their travel baseball, rock climbing, lacrosse, and volunteering pursuits. They are also very committed to and passionate about the cause of orphan care, both locally and abroad, and often lead an orphan care mission team to Monterrey, Mexico. When he has a spare moment in the midst of his very rewarding schedule, you will find him going for a run, mountain biking, or tinkering out in the garage.
